Guerilla Bass

May 15, 2026

Being part of the Guerilla Bass family and flowing my way as a DJ I've learned to stay close to what I stand for, and being able to be creative this way and to connect through this feeds my soul. I am slowly taking my steps into producing and playing vinyl, and doing research about — and collecting — samples. It's very important to me to respect the music and where it comes from, and being able to share the sound in its purest form.

I feel most inspired by producers who hit the spot of music I like, such as Hiphop, Memphis/Juke, Soul, and Dub. But also rhythms and sounds that make me feel more curious and expresses how my head is in the clouds and the feelings I can only express through sound. I care about identity, respect, and the chaos of being able to create out of breaks, shifting sounds and soulfulness.

The reason why I picked these tracks is obviously because these are some of the producers that inspire me the most and I play out in my sets. Big up all kru! The love I feel through doing what I enjoy the most feels overwhelmingly connecting to me. I select my music carefully and you feeling what I feel through it is my message. Identity, being my own, also in music, which is as the people who have known me longest, a massive thing to me. I've lived for music ever since I had the chance to, being into a lot of stuff worked in the long run and being aligned with it at the moment is just insane. It's a very pure way of expressing myself as I play actual tunes I love and listen to. It brings togetherness cause this is how I found my Guerilla Bass fam.

Long live underground music.
